Calypso Cove features three pools including a plunge pool, which you can slide into from either an enclosed or open slide (our safety rules state that all slide riders must be a minimum of 48" tall, and less than 300lbs). The zero-depth pool is a beach-entry activity pool with water-spraying animals, palm trees with tipping coconuts and a play structure. The deck area has lawn chairs for sunning and umbrellas to offer relief in the shade. The six-lane lap pool is the spot for lifeguard training as well as swimming lessons and family swimming.
Located within Royal Palm Park, the Caribbean-themed aquatic facility also
features concession sales; complimentary shade umbrellas and lounge
chairs; a party room rental; and- of course- seasonal group and individual
swim lessons. The park consists of two pavilions with picnic tables, three half-court basketball courts, and a refurbished and expanded fishing dock.

Margate Motion Swim Team
This program is designed for swimmers ages 5 to 18. The program is designed to teach beginning swimmers the basics and to enhance the technique of advanced swimmers. Potential members must try out prior to joining team. We are a member of the South Florida Recreational Swim League and will be competing in 3-5 meets, including the Championship Meet in April.
Fees
$40 per month for Residents (Proof of Residency Required)
$50 per month for Non-Residents.
A League fee must be paid each Season for Swimmer to Compete
This fee is $20 and must be paid in CASH ONLY
Practices
Practices are held Monday through Thursday each week.
Please bring: suit, googles, cap, and running shoes
Times are:
5 - 8 practice from 5:30 PM - 6:30 PM
9 - 17 practice from 6:15 PM - 7:45PM
Note: We will be having a few practices at Deerfield Beach Aquatic Center.

Meets
We will have 3-5 meets during the Spring Season. Meets are typically held on Saturdays. We would like all swimmers to participate in all meets. If there is an issue with attending a meet, please let us know ASAP.
