This program is a unique self-defense system that integrates both unarmed and armed tactics and applies them to the needs of everyday people. The basic training principles are simple. Anyone can easily and quickly learn how to protect and defend themselves. You can learn how to de-escalate a potentially dangerous situation. If you are attacked and cannot immediately escape, be fully prepared to defend yourself. Be measured in your response to choose how the fight will finally end. Students are trained to create a mind set that reacts to a violent assault by immediately switching from a victim to an aggressor and...BE THE LAST ONE STANDING!
