Water and wastewater deposits are required on all new accounts, price based on meter size. The standard residential deposit is $105.
If the water/wastewater account is in good standing after 1 year, the deposit can be refunded by filling out a return of deposit form. The deposit cannot be applied to an account; a check will be issued and mailed to the customer's mailing address within 2-3 weeks, The deposit may have to be replaced if service is ever interrupted for non-payment.
If a water/wastewater account has been processed for disconnection twice within a 6 month period of time, a double deposit in the amount of $210 is required on residential accounts.
