Appointed boards and committees serve essential roles in the City of Margate. They function mostly in an advisory capacity to the City Commission. To get involved in your City government by serving on a board or committee, please contact the City Clerk’s Office.

To apply to join a board, you can fill out an application on our web-based form by clicking the orange "APPLY FOR A BOARD" button below. If you wish to fill out a PDF or submit manually, please click this link : Application Form (PDF).
Pursuant to Section 119.071(4)(d), Florida Statutes (F.S.), specified personal information may be exempted from public record inspection. Please notify the City Clerk's office to claim a personal exemption for any information in your Board Application.
