Mortgage Assistance

Homeowners affected by COVID-19 may apply for up to 10 months of assistance to pay delinquent mortgage payments, association dues and/or utility bills.  Eligible homeowners must have a current homestead exemption on homesteaded residences in eligible Broward cities, with a household income at or below 140% of the Area Median Income, and have been impacted by COVID-19. Assistance is on a first-come, first qualified, first-served basis until available funds are expended.

Rental Assistance

Beginning on Feb. 24, 2021, Broward County Family Success Division is accepting rental assistance applications for those impacted by COVID. This funding will be available to individuals/families earning no more than 80% of Area Median Income (AMI) for Broward County.
