The City of Margate is hosting an incredible event filled with family-friendly activities at its Fall Festival on Saturday, Oct. 23, 6-11 p.m. at the Margate Sports Complex 1695 Banks Road, in Margate. The event is free and open to the public.
"We look forward to seeing everyone on Oct. 23 for our annual Fall Festival, which is going to be sensational this year," said Margate Mayor Arlene R. Schwartz. "After last year’s hiatus, it’s time to dress up your little ones for the costume contests, enjoy the inflatable games, visit the haunted house, or ride a pony. This fall, the fun is back in our Margate!”
The Margate Sports Complex will have a cozy western décor filled with pumpkins and family selfie stations. If you love country music, come to the Fall Festival donning your cowboy hats and boots to listen to Florida’s hard-rocking country band Tobacco Rd. Food vendors, arts and crafts row, and other activities will keep the entire family entertained for hours.
Thousands of eventgoers are expected to attend the festival at the Margate Sports Complex, which recently inaugurated its popular covered field. Parking is free and available across the street from the facility.
