Movies in the Park featuring Incredibles 2

Movies in the Park Saturday, January 26th

The City of Margate Parks and Recreation Department continues its 2018-2019 Movies in the Parks series on Saturday, January 26th with Incredibles 2. The movie will begin at 6:30 p.m. at the Margate Sports Complex, 1695 Banks Road. 

In the movie, Mr. Incredible is left home with the kids when Elastigirl becomes the new face of the superheroes.

Movies in the Park features free outdoor movie screenings for the entire family. Moviegoers are encouraged to bring lawn chairs and blankets. Food and beverage will be available for purchase.

Citywide Crime Watch Meeting on March 14th 

The Margate Police Department is excited to announce its first citywide Crime Watch Keynote! This meeting is for all residents, business owners, crime watch groups, and anyone who takes part in activities within our city. Anyone interested in starting up a neighborhood crime watch group should attend to get helpful information. Attendees will learn crime prevention tips and have an opportunity to speak with representatives from each unit of the Police Department. The goal of this #rippleeffect meeting is to provide the public with knowledge and crime prevention awareness that will keep everyone safe. Mark your calendar and plan to attend on March 14th! EServices Down on Friday, January 25th

EServices Will be Down on Friday, January 25th

The City's online utility payment (Eservices) portal will be down for maintenance on Friday, January 25th beginning at 10 a.m. Please know that while the system is down, online utility payments will not be available. Eservices is expected to be restored by 6 p.m. on Friday.

As a reminder, payments can be made in person at Margate City Hall, located at 5790 Margate Boulevard, between 8 a.m. and  6 p.m., Monday through Friday; by using the drop box located in the parking lot in front of the City Hall building, or cash payments can be made at any Amscot location, 24 hours a day (a $2 non-refundable fee will be charged).
