1. How can I get copies of utility or road as-builts or record drawings?

For utilities in the public right-of-way and/or utility easements, please request a public records request by completing an online form. Any utilities relating to the property (privately maintained) may have to be requested through the Building Department. 

2. Are specific CAD drafting standards required for plans submitted to the City?

The City does not require city-specific title blocks, symbols, layer convention, etc; however, using industry standards will likely help to expedite the plan review process.

3. How can I get the City’s standard construction details?

Please call 954-972-0828 to request the construction details in AutoCAD and/or PDF format.
