What if my garbage or recycling cart is damaged?

Damaged carts should be reported immediately to Republic Services at 954-583-1830 or email garbage@margatefl.com. There is no charge for your first replacement. For any subsequent damaged carts where the damage is due to neglect, abuse, modification, or any other damage not covered under the warranty, you would be responsible for the cost of repair or replacement along with any applicable delivery fees. However, if your cart is damaged during the collection process or has a manufacturer defect, your cart will be repaired or replaced free of charge.
