For utilities in the public right-of-way and/or utility easements, please request a public records request by completing an online form. Any utilities relating to the property (privately maintained) may have to be requested through the Building Department. 

The City does not require city-specific title blocks, symbols, layer convention, etc; however, using industry standards will likely help to expedite the plan review process.
