Fee Structure - Effective February 1, 2023

Initial Residential Rental Application:

• $125.00 for Condominiums includes the first dwelling unit.
• $225.00 for all other residential property types, including the first dwelling unit.
• $50.00 each for additional dwelling units that are part of the same master parcel.
• Includes initial inspection and one (1) follow-up inspection.

 Annual Residential Rental Renewal: Including inspection fee(s) 

• $125.00 for Condominiums
• $225.00 for all other residential property types
• $50.00 each for an additional dwelling unit that is part of the same master parcel.

 Re-Inspection Fee:

• $75.00

 Late Renewal Fee:

• $20.00 each per month
