By providing the following written disclosure, the City of Margate, Florida intends that market participants receive

and use it for purposes of the Independent Registered Municipal Advisor (“IRMA”) exemption in SEC Rule 15Ba1-

1(d)(3)(vi) until the City removes the letter or replaces it with an updated letter at the same page on the City’s

website.

The City has retained Estrada Hinojosa to serve as an IRMA. The City is represented by and will rely on its municipal

advisor to provide advice on proposals from financial services firms concerning the issuance of municipal securities

and municipal financial products for investment of certain bond proceeds.

Estrada Hinojosa advises the City on proposals and recommendations related to the issuance of municipal securities,

escrow services, and private placements.

Effective August 2, 2024, Texas State Bankshares, Inc., the registered bank holding company for Texas Regional
