Margate is home to 19 parks including the nationally-acclaimed Calypso Cove Aquatic Facility, countless business, and corporate centers, award-winning Police and Fire Departments, and diverse residential neighborhoods for every age and income.

In an effort to further strengthen our community, the Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) is focused on developing a "City Center" that will create employment opportunities, attract new businesses, strengthen service and retail markets, and provide a central location in the community where people can live, work, shop, and enjoy entertainment.
