Purpose
The purpose of the Development Review Committee (DRC) is to provide a coordinated and integrated staff and agency review of specific development applications. The DRC consists of representatives from each department that serve as an advisory role to the Planning & Zoning Board, Board of Adjustment, and City Commission. Applications reviewed by the DRC include:
- Change of occupancy
- Land use plan amendment
- Plat (new or re-plat)
- Plat amendment
- Rezoning
- Site plan amendment
- Site plan
- Special exception
- Wireless communications facility
