Growth & Development
In 1996, the City of Margate established its Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) to help stimulate redevelopment and rehabilitation of the community. The City of Margate and the CRA have been making progress with beautification projects, rebranding, façade and landscape grants, building renovations, and new business recruitment. The CRA owns approximately 35 acres in the downtown area that is slated for future development as the community’s “City Center.”
The City of Margate has numerous opportunities for redevelopment and business growth. Whether you are seeking an existing building or vacant land, please visit the resources below to learn more about the development opportunities within this city.
