The City of Margate Information Technology Department consists of a dedicated team of professionals that support over 400 end users and 26 network servers. We assist seventeen other departments with technology needs. Our application support includes:

The S.C.O.P.E. of the Information Technology (IT) Department's mission is to provide timely expert support to the City Departments that serve the citizens and businesses of Margate.

Our operating budget for Fiscal Year 2018 to 2019 is $954,063 which includes capital projects for upgrading our WiFi infrastructure. We also budgeted for and implemented a computer replacement program over the past two years to replace aging hardware and operating software.
